How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at CustomerService@duorings.uk within 30 days of receiving your item.
  2. Include your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return address.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

Email us at CustomerService@duorings.uk within 30 days of receiving your item, and we can organise an exchange!
